UK Delivery Options
The delivery charges quoted above are applicable to UK mainland only and exclude the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, The Isle of Wight, The Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands.
Deliveries Overseas and to Non UK Mainland Addresses
We are very happy to organise the delivery of your wine to addresses outside of the UK mainland, however the costs of delivery will be considerably more than those quoted above. Please email matt@loversallvineyard.co.uk with your phone number and we will give you a call, take your order over the phone and obtain a quote for the delivery of your order.
Delivery charges will be confirmed during the checkout process if you order online, or prior to your order being processed if you order by telephone.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
Chapel Down reserves the right to send new vintages on all orders without notification to the customer, although every effort will be made to ensure vintage details shown online are as up to date as possible.
Our couriers normally deliver Monday to Friday, between 8.30am and 5.30pm.
If you are not there the driver will leave a note to inform you that delivery has been attempted and the products have been returned to our depot.
If the Products are returned to our depot, we will endeavour to deliver the Products to you again, but if you are not there for a second time we reserve the right to have the Products returned to us and, in the event you contact us to request us to attempt delivery another time, to charge you additional delivery costs.
If we are not able to deliver the whole of the Order at one time due to operational reasons or shortage of stock, we will deliver the Order in instalments. We will not charge you extra delivery costs for this.
Delivery of an Order shall be completed when we deliver the Products to the address you gave us and the Products will be your responsibility from that time.
You own the Products once we have received payment in full and they have been delivered to you. Please see our terms and conditions for more details.
Returns
We only accept returns if they have been damaged via our courier.
If your online order has been damaged, you can refuse the parcel on delivery.
Please visit our contact us page to arrange a date for collection/exchange. If you have accepted your delivery and on opening it notice the damage, please also contact us or email matt@loversallvineyard.co.uk
Refunds
As soon as the goods have been received back (after considering the above) at our farm, we will issue the refund, this can take 7-10 working days.
